(1) Domain Abuse Violations

If a domain name belongs to a private server, pornography, phishing website, or other obviously illegal application, please submit it to our company for handling in the following ways(other departments do not directly accept such complaints)

Handling method: Please download the attachment form, fill it in as required, and send it to the acceptance mailbox.

4. Materials you need to provide: clear evidence supporting the complaint, such as communication records, payment vouchers, and screenshots of violations.

(2) Domain Name Infringement

To complain about infringement, websites or products impersonating your company, etc., please handle according to the following requirements and process.

2. Processing time: After our company receives the corresponding materials, we will reply to you within 2 business days.

3. Materials you need to provide

① Please provide your qualification materials, such as business license, trademark certificate, organization code certificate, or ID information signed by the legal representative. To ensure the security of the materials, it is recommended to add a watermark.

② Please provide your proof of ownership: such as copyright registration certificate, trademark registration certificate, etc.

③ Please explain exactly what the infringing content on the relevant website is: website name, registered trademark, legal representative information, contact information, etc.

④ Please take screenshots of the infringing content and add them as attachments.

(3) National Domain Name Complaints

National domain names refer to China's national top-level domains ".CN" and ".中国". China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) has set up a service quality supervision complaint telephone and email for domain name registration:

According toArticle 42 of the E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, where an intellectual property right holder believes that its intellectual property right has been infringed, it has the right to notify the e-commerce platform operator to take necessary measures such as deletion, blocking, disconnection of links, and termination of transactions and services. The notice shall include preliminary evidence of the infringement.

Please provide the following materials in the complaint email:

Reputation or Personal Privacy Rights:Website link: If the accessed content involves private servers and infringes a third party's right of reputation or personal privacy, the complainant must provide our company with a valid and official-sealed business license and legal representative ID certificate. If the complainant is an individual, please provide a valid ID certificate document.

 

Fraud and Phishing:Website link: If the accessed content involves fraud such as phishing or impersonating another person's website, the complainant must provide our company with a valid and official-sealed business license and legal representative ID certificate, as well as clear screenshots that can determine fraud. If the complainant has already been defrauded, it is recommended to report to the police immediately and provide our company with a police report receipt.

Trademark Infringement:Website link: If the accessed content involves trademark infringement, the complainant must provide our company with a valid and official-sealed business license and legal representative ID certificate as well as a trademark registration certificate issued by the National Trademark Office.

Note: If the naming of the domain name itself involves trademark issues: you need to contact a domain name dispute resolution arbitration institution authorized by China Internet Network Information Center or the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers to file an arbitration application. The domain name registration service provider does not directly accept such complaints from rights holders. After our company receives email notification from the arbitration institution, we will handle it according to the process.

 

Copyright Infringement:Website link: If the accessed content involves copyright infringement, including but not limited to copyright in audiovisual works, articles and novels, image works, computer software copyright works, etc. In addition to providing our company with a valid and official-sealed business license and legal representative ID certificate, the complainant must also provide a copyright certificate issued by a national authoritative administrative organization.

 

Patent Infringement:Website link: If the accessed content involves infringement of your patent rights, the complainant must provide our company with a valid and official-sealed business license and legal representative ID certificate as well as a patent certificate issued by the National Intellectual Property Administration.

 

Private Server:Website link: If the accessed content involves private servers, the complainant must provide our company with a valid and official-sealed business license and legal representative ID certificate as well as game ownership proof or official game authorization proof.

 

Special notes:

The complainant/reporter shall ensure that the statements and all submitted materials aretrue, valid and lawful. If the complained/reported party or any other third party suffers any direct or indirect loss due to untrue information,the complainant/reporter shall, in accordance with relevant laws, bear all legal consequences and joint liability arising from requesting our company to handle the domain name.
