1. I auctioned several domains a few days ago. How do I withdraw funds?
Answer: When publishing a transaction, if you select "Can withdraw", a 3% fee of the transaction amount will be charged after the transaction is successful. If you do not withdraw, a 2% fee of the transaction amount will be charged. If the fee is less than 2 yuan, it will be charged as 2 yuan. 2. I want to publish an auction, but the domain is indicated as locked. What should I do?
Answer: You can directly unlock it in your Domain Management -- More - Advanced Management.
3. Can domains registered on other platforms use West.cn's Domain Auction and Domain Trading?
Answer: West.cn now supports publishing third-party domains, but the domain owner must be verified. Please refer to Third-Party Transaction Certification and Requirements
4. I see that I have 50 domains for sale, but there are only 30 records for domains on sale. Where did the other 20 domains go?
Answer: Please check whether you have published a package transaction. A domain package contains multiple domains, but there is only one sale record!
5. I published a domain auction, and now I want to modify the time again. Is that possible?
Answer: Before anyone bids, you can modify the domain time, price, and other information by operating on the domain currently for sale.
6.I published a domain auction. Can I cancel it now?
Answer: After a seller publishes a domain auction, if no one has bid yet, the seller can delist the domain without it being considered a breach of contract. After a buyer bids, the seller can delist the domain or cancel the transaction after it ends, but must pay a penalty. The penalty is equal to the deposit frozen by the winning bidder (50% of which is used to compensate the buyer), and the transaction ends. If the prepayment is insufficient to pay the penalty, the transaction cannot be canceled or delisted.
1. Specifically, where do I publish domain trading?
Answer: "Management Center - I am a Seller - I Want to Sell Domains". Enter in the box or select the domains you need to sell through advanced filtering.
"Management Center - Business Management - Domain Management". After filtering out the domains to be sold, click "Publish Transaction".

2. Is it safe to buy domains in your Domain Trading? Is there any guarantee?
Answer: During a transaction between both parties, the system will automatically complete three things: 1) deduct your fee and pay it to the seller, 2) transfer the domain to your membership account, and 3) use the template you created to automatically transfer the domain ownership to that template. So you can completely trade with confidence.
1. If the backorder is unsuccessful, will the prepayment be refunded?
Answer: If the backorder is unsuccessful, the full amount will be refunded to your prepayment account and can be used for backordering other domains or purchasing other services. If you are a direct user, you can apply for withdrawal. In principle, the withdrawn funds will only be refunded to the bank account or third-party online payment system account used by the user when recharging (such as Alipay, Tenpay, etc.), and will not be refunded to any other account of the user.
2. Can a successfully reserved domain be canceled?
Answer: You can cancel a reserved backorder, but the latest cancellation time is the day before the backorder. If the backorder fails, the funds will be refunded to your prepayment account. Domains that are successfully backordered do not support deletion.
3. The domain I reserved was successfully backordered. Why does the displayed information show your company? How can I change it to my own information?
Answer: After a successful reservation, the domain's WHOIS information is the system default data. After the domain is transferred to your account, you can use the Template Ownership Transfer function to change the domain's WHOIS to your own information.
4.If I reserve a backorder domain, can other users still backorder it?
Answer: Our platform's domain backorder allows multiple people to reserve at the same time. After the backorder is successful, it enters a bidding stage. When the bidding ends, the highest bidder obtains ownership of the domain.
5.How often are domains reserved for domain backorder generally updated?
Answer: Our company refreshes the available domain database between 6 and 7 every day. You can check accordingly.
1. I see you have a domain parking function. I want to park some unused domains as well. How exactly do I do that?
Answer: Application process: enter West.cn User Management Center - Domain Management - Domain Parking - then wait for advertising revenue.
2. I have already canceled domain parking. Why are there still ads?
Answer: After cancellation, it generally takes about 1 hour to take effect. Please wait a moment and check again.
3. I parked a batch of domains this month. Why is there no traffic statistics? No revenue?
Answer: Our company updates last month's records on the 1st of each month. Please check on the 1st of next month. Thank you!
4. What is the difference between domain display and parking?
Answer: Domain parking: parked on an advertising page, and certain revenue can be generated based on clicks. For details, please see: http://www.west.cn/manager/parkmydomain.asp
Domain display: If you want to sell your domain, so that buyers can contact you promptly and effectively, you can use the "Domain Display Page" function. On this page, your contact information can be displayed to make it convenient for buyers to contact you. For details, please go to your Domain Management page and select "Domain Display Page Function".
5. Domain parking converts revenue based on click traffic. How much is one click worth?
Answer: Click revenue is intelligently calculated by the system and has no fixed value.
6. Why is there no button function to cancel domain parking? How exactly do I do it?
Answer: You can complete it by directly deleting the existing resolution. There is no need to separately set cancellation of parking.
7. Why has the DNS of the domain I parked become yours?
Answer: The DNS of a parked domain must be ours. If it is not our DNS, the system will automatically change the DNS to ours.
