The domain name is expiring. How do I renew it?

Answer: Before the domain name expires, the 西部数码 website will send a system notification to the notification email address filled in by the member, reminding you to renew your domain name and other services in time. Members can log in to the website for self-service renewal. If it is an email notification, please carefully identify the official 西部数码 websites west263.com, west263.cn, west.cn.

Detailed domain name renewal instructions:

1. Log in to the 西部数码 domain management panel:

In [Management Center] - [Domain Management], find the domain name to be renewed and click "Renew" for the individual domain name.

Or log in to [Management Center] - [Domain Management] to check which domain names need renewal.

2. Supports multiple ways to select domain name renewal:

In the domain management interface, select [Domains expiring within 1 month] to view domain names expiring at different times in the near future for renewal; select [Domain Bulk Operations - Renew] or [Domain Bulk Operations - Auto Renew] to renew multiple domain names in bulk.

3. Select the renewal period

Select the renewal period (multi-year renewal is supported), then click [Confirm Renewal] to enter the shopping cart payment page.

(The renewal price is subject to the actual online price at that time. Some customers may encounter a renewal price higher than the initial purchase price; this is usually because the initial purchase was a promotional price or because they received a promotional discount earlier.)

1) If the balance is insufficient, you will be redirected to top up or the renewal will be temporarily canceled.

4. Confirm that the domain name renewal has been successful

1) Click [Management Center] on the left -- [Order Management] -- [Paid Order Management] -- check the "Expiration Date" of the service you renewed. If the expiration date is correct, the renewal is complete.

2) If payment is successful, the domain name renewal is complete; the domain expiration time will be extended according to the renewal period.
