Procedures for canceling filings and retrieving filing passwords in each province:

1.Guangdong and Henan no longer support written retrieval of filing passwords. If you forget your filing password, try to use the online retrieval function at the lower-right corner of the MIIT website http://www.beian.miit.gov.cn.

    If the original filing information is incorrect and cannot be retrieved online, you can only cancel the filing and resubmit the application;

2. For all provinces nationwide, online download address for filing password retrieval and filing cancellation application forms: http://beian.vhostgo.com/docs.asp. Please download it and submit the retrieval application according to the form requirements;
