wdcp panel cannot be opened.

1. Opening the wdcp panel prompts "Cannot connect to mysql, please check whether mysql has started and whether the user password is set correctly"

   Follow http://faq.myhostadmin.net/faq/listagent.asp?unid=417 to first log in to the server remotely via ssh
   

   Enter sh /www/wdlinux/tools/mysql_wdcp_chg.sh and press Enter. If the wdcp interface still cannot be opened, please submit a ticket and we will check and verify.

2. Opening the wdcp panel shows a blank page

   2.1 Caused by incorrect login IP restriction settings in the wdcp backend; fix method:

       Follow the Remote login tutorial to first log in to the server remotely via ssh

       Enter sh /www/wdlinux/tools/wdcp_login_cbip.sh and press Enter 

    For wdcp versions 3.0 and above, enter sh /www/wdlinux/wdcp/shell/wdcplogincip.sh
   

   2.2 Caused by the root partition being full. Check whether some logging has been enabled and caused it; delete it, then run service wdapache restart

3. Check whether url.conf exists in the /www/wdlinux/wdcp directory.

   For wdcp versions 3.0 and above, check whether the /home/wddata/wdcp/conf directory contains url.conf

   This file stores the domain name for wdcp login. Delete the file to log in to wdcp using ip+port
