Website Management Assistant failed to create mysql database.

1. When creating mysql, it prompts:

  

                                               Figure (1) shows the error reported by Assistant 3.0.

  

                                               Figure (2) shows the error reported by Assistant 4.0.

The reason is that the mysql service cannot start normally. Please refer to http://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=567 to check and resolve it. If mysql cannot start due to unusual reasons, please submit a ticket so we can check it. After mysql starts normally, you can then create it.

2. When creating mysql, it prompts:

                                            Figure (3) shows the error reported by Assistant 3.0
