    By default, after a virtual hosting expires, the host will be suspended, but our company will retain the data for one month. During this period, renewal can be processed, but we still recommend

that you renew in advance. The specific renewal process is as follows:

1. Open our company's official website, enter your account and password to log in to the Management Center, and ensure that your account has sufficient balance. If the balance is insufficient, please click

   Recharge Prepayment to enter the recharge page

   

2. Click Business Management - Virtual Hosting Management on the left side of the navigation bar

   

3. If there are not many hosts, you can directly view the hosts you purchased on the right side. Click the Renew button next to the corresponding host to enter the renewal page; if there are many hosts

   you can use the search function to find the corresponding host

   

4. Select the number of years you need to renew, and click Host Renewal

   

   In addition, on this page you can click the Auto Renewal Settings button to set the host to automatically renew upon expiration. You only need to ensure that your account has sufficient balance.

Dedicated IP Host Renewal (vps/Cloud Host/Leased Server)

1. Business Management - Server Management on the left side of the Management Center
