Handling Common Issues for Ready-made Websites

Published: 2014-09-10

1. Article module: When adding or modifying an article, submission prompts success, but there is no related data.

Execute the following in database management:
ALTER TABLE `dev_news_con` ADD `tourl` VARCHAR( 255 ) NOT NULL AFTER `fileurl` ;

2. Vulnerability fix detected by 360 website monitoring

Download the latest patch and upload it to the wwwroot directory of the host, then decompress and overwrite it via File Management. If the pre-built website version is earlier than 2.0.57, you also need to import patch.sql via Database Management and rename the /wwwroot/base/install directory.

3. Map marking is invalid on the mobile site of the pre-built website

Download the patch and upload it to the wwwroot directory of the host, then decompress and overwrite it via File Management.

4. The mobile site of the pre-built website keeps loading after settings are adjusted

This is caused by abnormal menu settings, and the original settings need to be restored.

Extract and upload the HTML file to the wwwroot\wap\data directory on the host and overwrite it.

5. Problem where link check returns -1
Solution: Execute the following in MySQL management:

update  `dev_base_plus`  set `morelink`='/' WHERE  `morelink` =  '-1';

update  `dev_base_plusdefault`  set `morelink`='/' WHERE  `morelink` =  '-1';

6. Map navigation shows an API authorization prompt

This is affected by the Baidu Map upgrade. Go to http://lbsyun.baidu.com/ click to apply for a key, create an application, then copy the key and replace the corresponding value at line 15 of /wwwroot/wap/map.php.
