Outlook Set up IMAP method to send and receive emails

1. After confirming that IMAP is enabled for the mailbox, open Outlook 2016 and click "File" -- "Account Settings" in the upper-left corner.

2. In the Account Settings wizard, click "New".

3. Select "Manual setup or additional server types", then click Next.

4. Select "POP or IMAP", then click Next.

5. After filling in the email and server information, click "More Settings".

6. In "More Settings", under "Outgoing Server", select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
