How to clear website program files and mysql database data on a virtual host?

If you have purchased our virtual host and want to clear website files, you can follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the virtual host you want to operate ---- open File Manager, as shown in the figure

 

Step 2:

Enter the wwwroot folder

 

Step 3: Select All ----- Delete, as shown in the figure



By following the above 3 steps, you can clear the website's program files. If you use a mysql database and need to clear the database as well, please go directly to the virtual host control panel - click Database on the left, then click “Clear mysql Database”, as shown in the figure.Clearing mysql is a relatively dangerous operation. Once cleared, it cannot be recovered. Please make sure you fully understand and confirm that you need to clear it before performing this operation!!!
