Methods for deleting malformed files and folders (applicable to Windows cloud servers)

If malformed files of the type shown in the figure below are found on a cloud server host, you can directly download the malformed file scanning tool to scan and delete them.

Note: windows2012 systemwill clean up files in the execution directory. Please create a separate empty directory on D drive. For example, the example creates a directory named 1 on D drive, and stores the script in D:\1. Open the command line, enter the directory, and execute. For example, as shown below:

windows2003 and windows2008 systems:

Open Start-Run-type cmd, then enter as shown in the figure:

cscript d:\1.vbs d:\wwwroot\ftpname\  then press Enter. (The d:\wwwroot\ftpname\ after it is the actual path that needs to be scanned.)

Deletion is irreversible. Be careful when selecting the directory to delete. The software can only be accessed and downloaded on our company's servers.

If it still cannot be deleted, it is recommended to submit a ticket for our company to handle it as an authorized paid service.
