[Original] WDCP system access login blank

Possible causes of a blank page when accessing: 

1. The root partition is full. After logging in via ssh, use the df -lh command to check. If it shows that the root partition is full, please delete excess data in the root partition; usually it is logs. The log path for wdcp system websites is: /www/wdlinux/httpd-2.2.22/logs/ Enter it to check, delete excess data, and then restart the server. 

2. Caused by an incorrect login IP restriction setting in the wdcp backend. Fix method:

    According to the Remote login tutorial, first log in to the server remotely via ssh. Enter sh /www/wdlinux/tools/wdcp_login_cbip.sh and press Enter.

3. Check whether the server time is correct.

4. Too many login errors have caused a restriction/lockout. Try logging in again after some time. This kind of problem can be confirmed by trying to log in from another location.

5. It may be that the service is stuck. Enter service wdapache restart to try restarting the service.

6. Some functions are abnormal, such as being unable to successfully create a directory when adding a site, the page becoming blank after clicking system settings service restart, etc. This is caused by having modified the permissions of some system directories. After logging in via ssh, execute the following commands 

chmod 755 /usr/local/sbin -R

chmod 755 /usr/local/bin -R

chmod 755 /sbin -R

chmod 755 /bin -R

chmod 755 /usr/sbin -R

chmod 755 /usr/bin -R

chmod 4755 /usr/bin/sudo

chmod 755 /bin/bash

chmod 755 /bin/wd_app

chmod 755 /bin/wdcp_update

chmod 755 /bin/wd_sys

chmod 440 /etc/sudoers  

7. Check whether the file permissions under /www/wdlinux/wdcp/ and /home/wddata/data/ are wdcpu:wdcpg.

8. For wdcp 3.2 delete /www/wdlinux/wdcp/tmp/login.lock.
