Website Management Assistant v4.0 Website Creation Process

    When running Website Management Assistant for the first time, a "System Configuration" window will pop up. Generally, you only need to check whether the site creation directory exists. If it does not exist,

please create the directory manually first.It is strongly recommended to keep our company's default configuration environment. Do not modifymysql, php installation paths. It is recommended to use our company's

recommendedD:\wwwroot directory as the website directory, so it is convenient to check the cause when problems occur.As shown in the figure:

I. Create a site

The software interface is as shown in the figure:

Click "Create Site", as shown in the figure:

Site name:Enter anFTP account, which can be a combination of English letters (lowercase recommended) and numbers.

FTPpassword:It is recommended to keep the default or set a password that is easy to remember but relatively complex. Never useFTP account as the password.

FTP space quota:It is recommended to keep the default settings.

FTP directory:It is recommended to keep the default settings.

Site application pool:It is recommended to keep the default settings.

Script permissions:If it is anasp program, please changephp_isapi to "None";

          If it is aPHP program, please changeASP to "None";

          If it is anASP.NET program, please changeASP to "None", please changePHP_ISAPI to "None",please change "Do not useasp.net" to

          the version you need,such asasp.net2.0 .

         If you are not familiar with the concept of script permissions, please keep the default settings.

Pseudo-static component:PHP program, please select the corresponding rule from the drop-down menu. If no corresponding one is found, please select Custom. After saving the configuration, enter your site's

others directory and modify the rules in httpd.conf. For ASP and ASP.NET programs, it is recommended to keep the default settings (not used)

Bind domain names:You can enter multiple domain names, separated by English commas.     

Process pool:It is recommended to keep the default settings.

Remarks:You can note the site name, or what program is installed, for examplediscuz, for convenient management. You can also keep the default.

The list on the right (number of connections, maximum CPU, bandwidth, memory, etc.) generally keeps the default. If it isASP orASP.NET program, you can uncheck"CreateMYSQL"

to not createmysql.If you need to createmysql, after creationmysql username andmysql database name are both theFTP account,,mysql password by default

isFTP password.

Finally, click "Confirm Creation" and a site is created.

The prompt box displays "MYSQL creation result:Ture" indicating thatmysql was created successfully. Ifmysql creation fails, please check whethermysql service is started normally or the system

settings' mysql path is correct.

II. Common problems encountered when creating a site:

1. When creating a site, installing the program requires the mysql account and password. You can click "mysql Database Management" to check.

First check "Host", then find the corresponding database name and password. By default, the database name and database username are both the FTP account used when creating the site. As shown in the figure:

2. If the following error is prompted when accessing after uploading the program:

The above error occurs because after the website files are uploaded, the permissions of the website files are insufficient. Open Website Management Assistant, double-click the problematic site, or select the site and click
"Edit Site", click "Fix 'You are not authorized to view this page'". The system will automatically repair permissions. After the repair is complete, click "Save Edit". As shown in the figure:

Note: If the following error is prompted when using Website Management Assistant to create a site:

Please choose not to use Rrewrite and then submit, or download the pseudo-static component, install it, and then test.
