If you have forgotten the administrator password of your Windows/Linux system or need to recover it for other reasons, you can use the following methods:

Elastic Cloud Host:
For Windows systems, go to Business Management--Server Management--Management, click the Security Management--Password & Login Settings button, enter the new password and security question answer, and the system will automatically modify the server administrator password. If security software is installed on the server, it may block the built-in interface and cause the password change to fail. In this case, please submit a password reset ticket and our customer service staff will handle it.

For Linux systems, you can use VNC from the console to enter single-user mode and reset the password. Refer to the tutorial: http://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=979
