Product name: shopex Green Card one-year authorization
Product price: 150 yuan/piece.

Application process:

Please ensure that your Member Center has a balance of at least 150 yuan. During working hours from Monday to Friday (9:~17:45), log in to the Member Center and submit a Q&A application.

Authorization Notes:

1.A Green Card authorization is valid for one year.

2.A Green Card can only be authorized once and cannot be reused; one Green Card can only be authorized for one domain.

3.A Green Card only recognizes the domain address at the time of first authorization. Once authorized, if the online store is accessed through another address, the system will display "Unauthorized". Therefore, please make sure to access your online store through your own domain and perform the authorization. If your domain is still undergoing ICP filing, please apply to our company for a Green Card only after the filing is approved.

4.If the authorized domain changes or the authorized domain information is inconsistent with the domain actually in use, you need to submit a Q&A request for assistance with modification.

5.After a Green Card is authorized, if the online store needs to be reinstalled, please first back up the authorization certificate in "Shop Configuration" before reinstalling, and import the certificate after reinstallation; otherwise the authorization information will be lost.

After-sales Service:

After Green Card authorization, for software issues, please submit them for handling on the official website http://bbs.shopex.cn/thread.php?fid-144.html. Before asking questions, please first apply for "Green Card User Change Green Card Title", then submit your questions in the corresponding section. The shopex official website will handle them periodically; our company is only responsible for resolving hosting-related issues.
