How to use 西部数码's DNS to resolve domain names registered with registrars such as 万网, 新网, etc.?

To simplify user operations and prevent IP changes caused by emergencies from affecting your website, it is strongly recommended that virtual hosting users use our company's domain name resolution servers (so that our system can automatically set up host address resolution for you).

西部数码 provides 6 sets of (infinitely scalable system) distributed domain name resolution servers, distributed across multiple core data centers, for faster resolution. Because the server cluster is huge, even if some servers have resolution failures or are attacked, normal resolution will not be affected, and resolution is faster and more stable.

When setting DNS, you can set all 6 DNS servers (strongly recommended), or fill in only two: ns1.myhostadmin.net and ns2.myhostadmin.net

If the domain name was not purchased from 西部数码, we recommend that you follow the process at: http://www.west.cn/services/transfer/  to transfer the domain name to 西部数码 for management and renewal. 西部数码 is an ICANN-accredited top-level domain registrar; its domain prices are cheap and management is convenient!  If it is temporarily inconvenient to transfer, be sure to follow the process below to change the domain name's DNS to use our company's DNS. If you really do not have permission to modify DNS, when resolving the domain name, make www an alias to the third-level domain provided by our company, such as xxx.b18.vhostgo.com. Do not directly resolve it to the IP!

Step 1: Purchase DNS Service
Log in to 西部数码 and fill out a domain name resolution application (the service fee is: 8 yuan/domain/year). Open:
http://www.west.cn/ Click Domain Registration-----Smart DNS Management, as shown below:

Enter your domain name and click "Continue to Next Step":

Click Next, then click "Checkout". After the system prompts success, you can go to Management Center>Business Management>Domain Management to Add Resolution.
Note: After "DNS Management" is successfully activated, wait 60 minutes before adding resolution! Note: You must resolve your domain name to the corresponding IP in our company's system to ensure the domain name can be accessed normally (Introduction to Domain Resolution Setup Methods). The Step 2 operation of modifying DNS must be completed.
