●How does JSP hosting connect to a database?
　We recommend that you use JDBC to connect to the MySQL database. Considering that user site applications vary, 西部数码 has not yet launched a general connection pool for users. If you need to use a database connection pool, we recommend that you create one yourself.
  Many users' programs still cannot connect to our database after modifying the database connection. This is generally because the original database name is still used in the jdbc database mapping. In this case, modify them together.         
●How to deploy a war package

　Our company's JAVA does not support automatic deployment of war projects. You can manually rename your war package to .zip (the war format is exactly the same as the zip format). After uploading it to our company's space, you can use the "File Management" function of our management platform to decompress the war package online to the space's wwwroot directory or other directories. If you decompress it to the wwwroot directory, the project has been automatically deployed and can be accessed directly through the domain name. If you decompress the project to a subdirectory, such as /apps, after decompression, log in to our management center - Hosting Management - Management - tomcat Management - Manual Deployment Project and enter /apps/ for manual deployment; otherwise, it will not take effect.

●Why can't jsp run?
　When a 404 error occurs and the jsp file cannot be found, this may be because you uploaded a new application. You need to restart Tomcat. In the virtual hosting control panel, click "Tomcat Management">"Restart tomcat".
  If restarting still does not work, you need to debug the program according to the logs in the logs directory. 

●Startup error: java.util.zip.ZipException: error in opening zip file?

  Check the log error information, download the jar package that reports the error locally to check whether it is complete, or re-upload the jar and then restart Tomcat.

●Log error: java.io.IOException: Disk quota exceeded?

  The site quota is insufficient. Please refresh the quota in the control panel to view actual usage, or clean up unnecessary files, such as logs in the logs directory, and then restart Tomcat.

●Why does the page show " java.security.AccessControlException: access denied" error?
　There may be two possible reasons:
　1. Accessing system resources without obtaining correct permissions. We recommend that you modify permissions. Your site directory has read, write, and delete permissions.
　2. If the "access denied" phenomenon still occurs after checking that system permissions are correct, it is likely that the permissions required when your code executes exceed the range allowed by default for 西部数码 hosting. Please modify the program according to the "List of permissions opened for 西部数码 JSP hosting". If the problem still cannot be solved, you can contact the system administrator. The administrator will check your code, and if there are no security risks, will relax restrictions as appropriate to ensure your program runs normally.
