How to transfer a domain name whose registrar is 西部数码 from 聚名 back to 西部数码

1. Log in to the 聚名 Official Website, and in 【Transfer-in Registrar Information Settings】 add the account information for 西部数码. For Registrar, select “xb[国内]”. For Transfer-in Account Information, enter the member account you registered with 西部数码 (note that it is the member account, not the ID number. After entering it, please confirm the member account again to avoid losing the domain due to an input error.). As shown below:

(To avoid errors during transfer back, if multiple transfer-in registrar accounts are set, please keep the one you currently need to use and delete the other unused registrar accounts first.)

2. In 【Domain Management】-【Transfer-out Domains】-【Domain Transfer-out Application】, click 【Transfer to Original Registrar】. As shown below:

3. For Transfer-out Method, select “Transfer to Original Registrar”, enter the domain to be transferred to 西部数码 (enter the top-level domain), check the transfer-out reason. If the Transfer-in Account Information has not been set, please refer to step 1 to set it, then click 【Next】.

4. After submission, the 【Domain Transfer-out Application】 page will display the list of domains to be transferred back to the original registrar and show the verification result. Then click 【Submit】. As shown below:

5. After the application is submitted successfully, it will wait in 【Transfer-out Domain List】 for 聚名 external PUSH, which is generally completed within 1 business day. As shown below:

6. If the status shows 【Transfer-out Successful】, it means 聚名 has completed push, and you need to receive the domain at 西部数码. As shown below:

If 【Transfer-out Failed】 is displayed, please click “View Failure Reason” on the right, and handle it according to the failure reason.

7. Log in to the 西部数码 Official Website, go to 【Domain Trading】-【Domain PUSH】-【Received Requests】, find the domain waiting to be received, and click 【View】. As shown below:

8. Select the domain template used to receive the domain, then click 【Confirm Receipt】 to complete the transfer-back operation. As shown below:
