How to create/bind/transfer an ICP filing account in 西部数码

I. How to Create an ICP Filing Account for ICP Filing

1. If you do not yet have a 西部数码 account, please click the link: https://www.west.cn/reg/ to register a 西部数码 account. If you already have a 西部数码 official website account, please skip this step.


2. Log in to the 西部数码 official website (www.west.cn), and click [Link ICP Filing Account] or [Website ICP Filing]. As shown below:

3. Click [No account, create now]. (If you already have an ICP filing platform account and password, please enter the corresponding account and password, then click [Bind])

4. In the pop-up window, enter the “ICP filing platform account” and “Individual/Entity name” to be created, then click [Create Now].

5. After creation, find the created ICP filing platform account and click [Log In Now] on the right, and you can log in to the ICP filing platform. As shown below:

6. After entering the ICP filing platform, if it is a first-time ICP filing, please click [Enter First-time ICP Filing]. If it is a filing transfer-in, please click [Transfer-in ICP Filing] in B2. As shown below:

II. How to Bind an Existing ICP Filing Account

1. If you already have an ICP filing account and password, go to our official website and click [Website ICP Filing], fill in the account and password for the ICP filing platform, and click [Bind].

2. If you have forgotten the original ICP filing platform account or password, please click the link: https://beian.vhostgo.com/reg/forget_new.asp  to recover it. If you cannot recover it, you can submit a ticket to apply for recovery.


III. How to Transfer a Successfully Bound ICP Filing to Another Account

1. Find the ICP filing account that needs to be transferred to another account, and click [Push Account], as shown below:

2. Enter the 西部数码 account to transfer to, and click [Confirm] to transfer the ICP filing management and bind it under the corresponding 西部数码 account.
