Xinnet Domain External Inbound Process

If your domain registrar is 新网 but it is managed at 聚名, please refer to the tutorial:https://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=2539   

I. Submit inbound at our company

1. In 【Business Management】-【Domain Management】-【External Inbound】, enter the domain to be inbound (just enter the top-level domain), and select “新网” as the registrar. Select a template (if you do not have a template, you can temporarily select a temporary template), and click 【Confirm Submit】. As shown below:

When selecting a template, it is recommended to select a real-name-verified template. If you do not have one, you can first select a temporary template, and after inbound, create a template and then transfer ownership (if ICP filing is required, please submit the ICP filing only after the transfer is successful). As shown below:

2. After submission is complete, 【Inbound Records】 will display the “Transfer Method” and “Our Company Account”. For 新网 external inbound, you need to use the “Change of Domain Management Rights” method to transfer to our company's account at 新网,

II. Log in to the 新网 website and complete the change of domain management rights operation

1. Log in to the management platform on the 新网 website. Under 【Domain Services】-【Transfer Between Accounts】, click 【Transfer to Another Account】, as shown below:

2. On the 【Transfer to Another Account】 transfer-out page, enter the domain that needs to be inbound to our company, enter our company's receiving account ID (agent5958), and enter our company's receiving account email (trans@west263.com),

Click 【Send Verification Code】, enter the received mobile SMS verification code, check “I have read and accept...”, and click 【Submit】.

III. Confirm the transfer with our company and complete external inbound

After external inbound is successful, you can view the externally inbound domain in 【Business Management】-【Domain Management】-【Domain List】.
