Alibaba Cloud domain external inbound process

If the registrar is 阿里云 and it is managed in 阿里云, please use this tutorial for External Inbound.

If your domain registrar is 阿里云 but it is managed at 聚名, please refer to the tutorial: https://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=2539 


I. Submit Inbound at Our Company

1. In [Business Management] - [Domain Management] - [External Inbound], enter the domain to be added via External Inbound (just fill in the top-level domain), select "阿里云" as the registrar, select a template (if there is no template, you can temporarily select a temporary template), and click [Confirm Submit]. As shown below:

When selecting a template, it is recommended to select a real-name verified template. If there is none, you can first select a temporary template; after inbound, create a template and then transfer ownership (if ICP filing is required, please submit the ICP filing only after the transfer of ownership is successful). As shown below:

2. After submission is complete, [Inbound Records] will display "Transfer Method" and "Our Company Account". For 阿里云 External Inbound, you need to use the "Transfer to Another Account" method to transfer to our company's 阿里云 account: 20403868.

II. Log in to the 阿里云 Website and Complete the Domain Transfer Account Operation

1. Log in to the management platform on the 阿里云 website. Under Domain Resources, click [Console], as shown below:

2. In [Domain Console] - [Domain List], check the domain to be transferred, and click [Transfer to Another Account], as shown below:

3. Click [Get Verification Code], enter the SMS verification code received on your mobile phone, and enter the other party's login account (20403868), then click [Submit]. As shown below:

(After filling it in, please check again whether the account entered is 20403868. Do not write it as another account by mistake. It is recommended to directly copy and paste the account.)

Special Note: If you are an 阿里云 agent, using this function will by default wait for our company's email confirmation. If it still does not succeed for a long time, please contact our company for verification. You can also use the 0-yuan PUSH function to transfer to our company's account.


III. Confirm the Transfer at Our Company to Complete External Inbound

1. In [Business Management] - [Domain Management] - [External Inbound] - [Inbound Records], click [Confirm Transfer] to complete External Inbound. (Before the domain is transferred to our company's account in 阿里云, do not click [Confirm Transfer].)

If External Inbound still does not succeed for a long time and shows Processed or Pending Transfer, please click [Details] to view the specific reason.

2. After External Inbound is successful, you can view the domain added via External Inbound in [Business Management] - [Domain Management] - [Domain List].
