How to transfer a domain from 新网 to 西部数码

I. Apply for Transfer Out on the 新网 Official Website

1. Log in to the 新网 official website, click 【Domain】, and enter 【Domain Service】. As shown below:

2. In 【Domain Service】, click 【Domain Management】, as shown below:

3. In 【Domain Management】, directly click the domain name or click 【Manage】 to enter domain management. As shown below:

4. In 【Domain Management】, click 【Domain Transfer】, as shown below:

5. In 【Domain Transfer】, click 【Transfer Domain Out of 新网】, as shown below:

If your account has not completed real-name verification, the system will prompt you to complete real-name verification first. You can complete real-name verification before proceeding with the transfer out.

6. According to the page prompts, check 【I have read, understood, and accepted】, then click 【Next】, as shown below:

7. Select the reason for transfer out, click 【Get SMS Verification Code】, fill in the obtained verification code, and click 【Submit】. As shown below:

After submission, the system will send the transfer password to the email address indicated in step 6. Please log in to the email, copy the transfer password obtained from the email, and fill it in on our company's transfer-in page.

The domain transfer password is valid for 5 days. Please complete the transfer operation within the validity period.

II. Submit Transfer In on 西部数码

1. Log in to the 西部数码 official website (www.west.cn), click 【Domain Transfer In】, as shown below:

2. Enter the domain name to be transferred in and the transfer password, in the format: domain name + space + transfer password. If there are multiple domain names to transfer in, you can use the Enter key to submit multiple entries on separate lines, then click 【Transfer Now】. As shown below:

3. In the domain transfer-in list, select the required template information. If there is no required template, you can fill in new information, then click 【Confirm Submit】. If the balance is insufficient, it is recommended to recharge first, then submit. If resolution is needed, check 【Automatically change to 西部数码 DNS after successful transfer】, The domain transfer-in price is subject to the actual page display; the price on the page below is for demonstration only. As shown below:

4. After submission, just wait for the transfer-in. In 【Domain Management】-【Domain Transfer In】, you can view the domain transfer status. Those that have been transferred in will display "Transfer Successful"; those still being transferred in will display "Waiting for Confirmation from Original Registrar". Transfer-in generally completes within 7 days. No operation is needed; just wait for the transfer-in. As shown below:
