How to transfer a domain from 阿里云 to 西部数码?

I. Apply for Transfer Out on the Alibaba Cloud Official Website

1. Log in to the Alibaba Cloud official website. Find [Domain Name] in [My Resources], and click [Console], as shown below:

2. In the domain name console, click [Domain Name List], as shown below:

3. In [Domain Name List], directly click the domain name, or click [Manage], as shown below:

4. In domain name management, click [Domain Transfer Out], as shown below:

5. Verify the domain name holder's email address so that the transfer password can be received. If the email address is incorrect, first click [Modify Email] to change it to the correct email address, then click [Next], as shown below:

6. Verify the mobile phone number. If the mobile phone number is incorrect, click [Modify Mobile Phone] to change it to the correct mobile phone number, click [Get Verification Code], fill in the verification code received in the SMS, and then click [Next], as shown below:

7. The page indicates that the transfer password has been sent to the domain name owner's email address. You need to log in to the email address to view the transfer password, as shown below:

8. Copy the transfer password in the Alibaba Cloud email and use it for domain transfer in, as shown below:

II. Submit Transfer In at West.cn

1. Log in to the West.cn official website (www.west.cn), and click [Domain Transfer In], as shown below:

2. Enter the domain name to be transferred in and the transfer password. The format is: domain name + space + transfer password. If there are multiple domain names to transfer in, you can press Enter to start a new line and submit multiple entries, then click [Transfer In Now]. As shown below:

3. In the domain transfer in list, select the required template information. If there is no required template, you can fill in new information, then click [Confirm Submission]. If the balance is insufficient, it is recommended to top up first, and then submit. If resolution is needed, check [Automatically change to West.cn DNS after successful transfer in], the domain transfer in price is subject to the actual page display; the price on the page below is for demonstration only. As shown below:

4. After submission, wait for the transfer in. In [Domain Name Management] - [Domain Transfer In], you can view the domain transfer status. Those already transferred in will display "Transfer In Successful", and those still transferring in will display "Waiting for Confirmation from Original Registrar". The transfer in generally completes within 7 days. No operation is required; just wait for the transfer in. As shown below:

After submitting the transfer in, you can send a fast transfer out email confirmation in the Alibaba Cloud transfer out. Alibaba Cloud will send a fast transfer out confirmation email to the domain name owner's email address. After confirming in the email address, the transfer in can be completed immediately.
