How to transfer a domain from 腾讯云 to 西部数码?

I. Apply for Transfer Out on the 腾讯云 Official Website

1. Log in to the 腾讯云 official website, click 【Domain Registration】, as shown below:

2. In 【Domain Registration】, click 【My Domains】, as shown below:

3. In 【My Domains】, click the domain to be transferred out, as shown below:

4. On the domain details page, click 【Domain Transfer】, as shown below:

5. In 【Domain Transfer】, find 【Domain Transfer Out】, and click 【Transfer Out】, as shown below:

6. If it prompts “Operation Prohibited”, please disable the security lock function in 【Domain Security】. The disabling order is: first disable 【Update Prohibition Lock】, then disable 【Transfer Prohibition Lock】. If it does not prompt “Operation Prohibited”, please skip this step.

7. In 【Domain Transfer Out】, check 【Reason for Transfer Out】, then click 【Get Transfer Code】, as shown below:

8. After clicking 【Get Transfer Code】, the system will prompt that the domain transfer code has been sent to the domain owner's email address, as shown below:

9. Log in to the owner's email, view the received transfer code email, and copy the 【Transfer Password】 in the email (note that the transfer password does not include 【】), as shown below:

II. Submit Transfer-In at 西部数码

1. Log in to the 西部数码 official website (www.west.cn), click 【Domain Transfer-In】, as shown below:

2. Enter the domain(s) to be transferred in and the transfer password. The format is: domain + space + transfer password. If there are multiple domains to be transferred in, you can press Enter to submit multiple entries on separate lines, then click 【Transfer Now】. As shown below:

3. In the domain transfer-in list, select the required template information. If there is no required template, you can fill in new information, then click 【Confirm Submit】. If the balance is insufficient, it is recommended to recharge first, then submit. If resolution is needed, please check 【Automatically change to 西部数码 DNS after successful transfer-in】. The domain transfer-in price is subject to the actual page display; the price on the page below is for demonstration only. As shown below:

4. After submission, just wait for the transfer-in. In 【Domain Management】 - 【Domain Transfer-In】, you can view the domain transfer status. Those that have been transferred in will display “Transfer Successful”; those still being transferred in will display “Waiting for Confirmation from the Original Registrar”. The transfer generally completes within 7 days. No action is needed; just wait for the transfer-in. As shown below:

To complete the transfer quickly, you can log in to 腾讯云, go to the domain transfer page, and click 【Apply for Fast Transfer Out】; then you can immediately complete the domain transfer-in to our company.
