Previously, for domains registered on third-party platforms, when using 西部数码's hosting services and filing services, a screenshot of the domain's real-name status was generally used. Because 工信部 requires access providers to strictly conduct real-name verification, those that frequently have problems will have their filing port suspended.
Recently, some users engaged in gray-market activities have been moving between various filing platforms, exploiting various loopholes, and forging domain real-name screenshots through Photoshop and other means to help others conduct false filings for their domains. This has caused our company to be summoned and warned by some communications administration bureaus. If there is no improvement, our filing interface will be suspended.
For this reason, our company has made policy adjustments and no longer supports the real-name screenshot method. Domains for which hosting is purchased from our company and filing is handled are required to undergo real-name verification and domain management rights verification on the 西部数码 platform. Details are as follows:
If the registrar of the domain for which you are handling filing is not 西部数码 and the domain is not managed at 西部数码, then you need to externally inbound (Push) or transfer the domain to our company's platform (west.cn) to complete real-name verification, verify whether the filing applicant has management rights over the domain, and conduct a risk-control assessment of whether the domain is being filed on behalf of others.

After PUSH is completed, the domain's resolution remains unchanged, real-name information remains unchanged, ownership and management rights remain unchanged, and domain expiration time remains unchanged. You can complete domain renewal and resolution work on the 西部数码 platform.
Putting domains, hosting, and filing on the same platform for unified management will be more convenient and reliable. 2. Your domain registrar is an overseas registrar such as Godaddy or Gname: You need to transfer the domain to our company. Because overseas registrars do not have qualifications, you must transfer it to our company and change it to a domestic registrar before you can handle filing.

I. External inbound function (Push)
External domain inbound can, without changing the domain registrar, quickly inbound domains from other registrars to our company's platform (west.cn) for management. This function is free. After PUSH is successful, the original resolution remains unchanged, real-name information remains unchanged, and the expiration date remains unchanged. At the same time, you can also complete renewal, resolution, and related work for this domain in a unified manner on the 西部数码 platform. First-year renewal is half price.
If the registrar of the domain you are filing is: 阿里云, 新网, 聚名, 腾讯云, 中国数据, 易名, 商中在线, it is recommended to use the external inbound function to quickly inbound the domain to our company's platform.
When performing inbound, the registrar needs to select the domain's current management platform. For example: for a domain you register and manage at 聚名, the actual registrar may be 阿里云 or 新网, so for the registrar please select [聚名];

Compared with transferring registrars, external inbound takes very little time, as fast as only 5-10 minutes.
In addition, 阿里云 domains use the "Transfer to another account" function, and 新网 domains use the "Domain management rights change" function. After inbound, there is no need to redo real-name verification.
It also supports one-click synchronization of already configured resolution records. After synchronization, change to our company's DNS, and you can seamlessly switch to using our company's resolution service. Therefore, if your domain is at 阿里云, 新网, or 聚名, it is recommended to prioritize external inbound.

II. Transfer domain (Transfer)

Domain transfer-in requires payment of a transfer-in fee. After success, the expiration time will be increased by one year.
The domain transfer registrar cycle takes about 1-7 days, which is a relatively long wait, and you need to create a template at our company for real-name authentication.
If you choose the transfer-in method, please first create an information template. (You only need to create it the first time; afterwards, when transferring other domains under the same entity, you can use it directly.)
If you have special circumstances and truly cannot complete PUSH and domain transfer-in, please submit a ticket explaining the situation.
