I. Domain Renewal Instructions

After you register a domain name, you can use it within the registration use period, which ranges from 1 to 10 years. If you wish to continue using the domain name, you need to renew it before the domain name registration expires.If you do not renew before the domain name expires, you may lose the domain name.

Domain renewal can be performed directly in the Management Center.

II. Domain Renewal Grace Period

After a domain name expires, during the renewal grace period, it can be renewed normally at the renewal price from before expiration. After the grace period is exceeded, it will enter the redemption period.

Our company's domain renewal grace period:

.cn, com.cn, .net.cn, .中国 .公司 .网络 are 30 days

The renewal grace period for all other suffixes is 10 days.

Please note:

1. If you need to renew, it should be completed before expiration. Renewing after expiration carries the risk of renewal failure or even losing the domain name!

2. After the domain name expires, the original domain name resolution will temporarily become invalid. Any services related to the domain name, such as email or websites, may become unavailable. This means that information, services, brands, or business related to your domain name will be subject to major disruption or loss.

Please pay attention to your domain name's expiration date at all times, and renew it promptly before expiration.

3. If you renew your domain name within the "renewal grace period," domain names using our company's DNS resolution will have resolution restored within 24 hours after successful renewal.
4. For third-party warehoused domains, the policy differs. Please consult customer service for details.

III. Domain Redemption Period and Fees

If the renewal is not successfully completed within the renewal grace period, the domain name enters the redemption period. The redemption period cycles are as follows:

Domestic domain names (including.cn, com.cn, .net.cn, .中国, etc.) have a redemption period of approximately15 days.

International domain names (including.com, .net, .site, .club, .xyz etc.) have a redemption period of approximately30 days.

Domain names cannot be redeemed after the redemption period.

Please note: After entering the domain redemption period, you need to usea fee higher than the normal renewal price to redeem the domain name. The domain redemption fee is1500 yuan.Note: For domain names that have expired and been released for auction, the redemption fee is the auction final price.

Special cases:

1. com/net/cn/wang/top/shop/xyz/site/cc/game/help/vip/ren domain names: during days 11 to 30 after expiration, the redemption price is the same as the renewal price. During days 31 to 40 after expiration, the domain redemption fee is 1500 yuan. Domain names cannot be redeemed after the redemption period.

2. The redemption price for .餐厅/.招聘 is 5000 yuan.

3. For premium domain names, the redemption price requires verifying the specific domain cost. Please rely on the quotation provided by staff.

IV. How to Redeem a Domain Name
