What should I do if a third-party interface domain transfer fails?

For third-party interface domain names stored and managed by our company, if the operation fails during transfer, please refer to the following process.

1) Error: 500 Failed to add external template, please contact this site's customer service

For this type of error, the domain interface is juming, and the actual registrar is tencent.

If this occurs, you need to complete the email and phone number verification for the third-party interface. Please go to Management Center - Domain Management - Template Management, find the corresponding template to be transferred, and click “Snap Up”

Find the 聚名 platform and click “View Details”

Click the tencent channel, verify and create, as shown in the figure:

After the channel is successfully created, submit the domain template transfer.
