What should I do if the real-name verification submission for a domain/template fails with a newly applied business license?

If your business license is newly issued (within the last two weeks), and when performing real-name verification for a domain/template, the registrant and real-name certificate number you filled in are correct, but you encounter the preliminary review is passed but the final registry review fails and is returned, please first update the certificate according to the following process before submitting again.

1. Scan the QR code of the National Organization Unified Social Credit Code Data Service Center via WeChat (you can quickly log in with your WeChat account)

2. Follow the prompts in the mini program to scan and update the real-name certificate

After updating the business license filing in the mini program according to the above steps, submit it for review again.

Please ensure that the registrant and certificate number (Unified Social Credit Code number) you filled in match the information on the certificate.
