Sync emails from other mailboxes to our company mailbox via foxmail.

This situation only applies to post office accounts whose emails have always been received and managed in foxmail.

For accounts newly added to foxmail, because there is a certain delay in receiving, it may cause incomplete emails. If it is a newly added account, please make sure the number in the email statistics no longer changes before following the steps below to export and import emails.

1. First, log in through foxmail to the email account whose emails need to be backed up, select all emails that need to be backed up, right-click and choose "Export Mail".

 

2. In foxmail, use the IMAP protocol to log in to our company email account, right-click the Inbox or another folder and choose to import emails, and select all the previously exported backup email files to import them.

 

3. After the import is complete, right-click the mailbox and select Receive, and the imported emails will be automatically synchronized to the email server.
