Pre-release Fixed Price Transaction Rules

I. Pre-release Buy It Now Transaction Instructions

Transaction type: refers to a Buy It Now transaction in which a user lists purchased west-pre and xb-pre domain names within 29 days after winning the bid.

Listing conditions: This transaction type only supports listing by users who directly won the bid, and the domain name must have been won no more than 29 days ago (i.e., still in the redemption period).

Transaction period: The transaction end time cannot exceed the redemption grace period (refer to the specific time indicated on the transaction listing page).

Transaction fee: 8%, withdrawable

II. Buyer Bidding Rules

Within the sale period based on system time, all users can bid to purchase. The prepayment in the buyer's account must be greater than or equal to the full amount of the domain transaction for the bid to be successful. When bidding, the system will deduct the full amount of the domain transaction, and the transaction is completed immediately.

III. Regarding Transaction Completion and Transfer

1. After the buyer bids, the system automatically deducts payment and transfers the domain name to the buyer's account, but does not immediately credit the seller. The transaction status is "Pending Settlement".

2. Once the domain redemption period ends, the system will automatically settle the transaction amount to the seller and deduct the transaction fee, and remove the relevant domain restrictions.

IV. Regarding Default, Domain Disputes, and Related Restrictions

1. In a Buy It Now transaction, neither the buyer nor the seller may unilaterally default. Buyers should verify the domain name status themselves before bidding. After bidding, they cannot request to cancel the transaction on grounds such as the domain name being blocked by the firewall, buying by mistake, etc.

2. To prevent disputes with the original owner, during the redemption period the buyer is not allowed to transfer to another registrar, PUSH, or relist the transaction; the domain name may be resolved and used normally.

3. If the original owner redeems the domain name:

     ① If the transaction has not yet been completed, the system will automatically delist the transaction.

     ② If the transaction has been completed, the corresponding pre-release Buy It Now transaction will be canceled, and the full transaction amount will be refunded to the buyer.

V. Regarding Invoices

Because 西部数码 only provides a trading platform for buyers and sellers, if the buyer needs an invoice, they must contact the seller to provide it; 西部数码 does not provide invoices. Generally, individual sellers do not provide invoices by default. If the buyer needs an invoice, please contact the seller in advance to inquire about invoice taxes and mailing fees.
