The previous company's filing was cancelled. If we re-file, will the filing code be released?

Q: For a purchased virtual host, because the original company has already been deregistered, the ICP filing has already been cancelled, and the boss has registered a new company, when filing, it prompts that the entity limit is exceeded. How to solve this?
A: Virtual hosting provides free ICP filing service for one entity by default. This entity can file multiple domain names under the same company name. If the ICP filing is cancelled due to reasons such as the company being deregistered, the ICP filing code will not be released; the ICP filing code corresponds to a one-time service.
If a new company has been registered and you want to continue ICP filing, you can pay 30 yuan to add an additional ICP filing entity qualification.
If this company still exists, and the ICP filing only had its access cancelled or the website deregistered due to incorrect information or other reasons, and you need to re-apply for ICP filing with the original entity (name unchanged), then the other ICP filing codes provided by this host can still be used, because the entity name is the same, and it still counts as the free ICP filing service for the same entity.
If the original entity name has already changed (renamed), you need to pay 30 yuan to add an additional ICP filing entity qualification.
If the original entity name has changed, but the ICP filing has not been cancelled, you can go through the change process and directly change the sponsoring entity name. In this case, no fee will be incurred.
Cloud servers support more ICP filing entities. If they are not enough, you can also pay to add more.
