How to batch import senders from the inbox into the 企业云邮 address book.

Our company's enterprise mailbox does not support directly importing all recipients from the inbox into contacts by default, but this can be achieved with Foxmail.

1. First, download Foxmail (https://www.foxmail.com/  ) and configure it to send and receive emails through Foxmail (refer to the tutorial: https://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=664  ).

2. In Foxmail, click "Inbox" and press Ctrl+A to select all emails.

3. Right-click the email, then click "More Actions" — "Add Sender to Address Book" — select the corresponding email account, and the system will automatically export them to Contacts.

4. Click Contacts to view the exported accounts. The software automatically removes duplicate contact information.

5. Click the menu in the upper-right corner to export the contact information of this mailbox.

6. Open our company's enterprise cloud mail, and click "Contacts" — "Import/Export" — "Import Contacts".

7. Download the "Cloud Mail Contacts Template", add the data exported from Foxmail to the import template according to the requirements of the import template, then select the file to import and click OK to import.
