Enterprise Cloud Mail Attachment Size

WEB Client 

    1. The maximum size of a single attachment is 50 M, the total attachment size cannot exceed 50M, and if it exceeds 50M, it will be automatically converted to a large attachment.

    2. The maximum size of a single large attachment is [Basic Edition 1G] [Professional Edition 10G]

    Large attachments will be uploaded to the File Transfer Station. The default transfer station size is [Basic Edition 1GB, Professional Edition 50GB]. Professional Edition can upgrade the transfer station size. Files in the transfer station are kept for 30 days by default and will be automatically deleted after 30 days. The maximum size of a single uploaded file must not exceed 10GB

    The size of a single email is 150M

  The maximum attachment size is 300M  


   If it exceeds 50M, a prompt suggesting the use of large attachments will appear, but it can be ignored
