Instructions for Canceling an ICP Filing, Canceling a Website, and Canceling Access

Websites that have successfully completed ICP filing will have these three buttons. For which situations to use which button, please refer to the following instructions:

【Term Definitions】:

Access Provider: For virtual hosting, cloud servers, cloud website builders, etc., whichever company you purchased them from is the access provider, and you need to go to that company to complete ICP filing.

ICP Filing Entity: For an individual ICP filing, it is the individual's name; for an ICP filing by an enterprise, government, or public institution, it is the corresponding organization name or enterprise name.

Modify Entity: Modify the entity information of the ICP filing. For example, if you have applied to the Administration for Industry and Commerce for a company name change or changed legal representative information, you need to modify and update it. After modification, it must be resubmitted to the Administration Bureau for review. Changing Company A to Company B cannot use this function; you must cancel the ICP filing and re-apply.

Add Website: Also called Add New Website. It adds the ICP filing of a website under the ICP filing entity. After adding, it must be submitted to the Administration Bureau for review, and cannot be operated at the same time as Modify Website.

Modify Website: Modify the ICP filing information of an existing website. After modification, it must be resubmitted to the Administration Bureau for review, and cannot be operated at the same time as Add Website.
