Agent Platform Settings: Alipay Interface

1.Need to upgrade the agent platform to a version later than v11.13; it is recommended to upgrade to the latest version.

2. The host needs to support .net4.0. If it is an agent platform provided by our company, please submit a ticket to have our technical staff enable .net4.0 support.

3. Use the Alipay Open Platform Development Assistant to generate the public/private keys as shown in the figure. Note that the key format should be selected as "non-Java applicable".

Development Assistant download address:

  • WINDOWS (Please do not install the Windows version tool in a directory path containing spaces, otherwise it will cause garbled public/private keys.)

  • MAC_OSX

  • 1. After downloading, install it. After completion, generate the key according to the figure below.

2. Convert this to PKCS1 format.


3. Copy the converted content and fill it into the application private key in the agent backend. The Alipay appid also needs to be obtained from the application created in Alipay, and it is an all-numeric format.

4. Next, you need to log in to the Alipay Open Platform 

https://open.alipay.com/develop/manage

Find the payment interface settings section.

5. Copy the application public key from the tool assistant and fill it into the corresponding application public key on the Alipay Open Platform, then click Save and confirm.

6. At this point, the Alipay Open Platform will automatically generate the Alipay public key. Copy the Alipay public key and fill it into the Alipay public key field in the agent platform.

  • 7. Save the agent platform system settings. At this point, the three Alipay items—appid   application private key   Alipay password—are all set.
