How to add our company's 企业QQ and initiate remote assistance?

To better assist you in resolving the issue, sometimes we may need you to cooperate by initiating remote assistance. We will check and handle the issue for you through QQ remote assistance.

For the specific process, please refer to the settings in this tutorial:

1. In QQ, go to Add Friends and search for the number: 800019263, then click to start a temporary session, as shown below:

2. On the consultation page, click “Add Follow” and add as a friend.

3. Click the remote desktop icon and select “Invite the other party for remote assistance”.
