BaoTa Panel command line help tutorial (including password reset)

If you forget the BaoTa Panel login password, you can reset the panel password by logging in to the server via SSH.

After BaoTa Panel is repaired or upgraded, the prompt " does not support Python 2.7, please use Python 3.7" may appear.

Log in to the server via SSH and execute the following command to repair it.

curl https://download.bt.cn/install/update_panel.sh|bash 


1. After connecting to the server, enter bt  and press Enter. An operation prompt will appear, as shown in the figure. Enter number 5   and press Enter, and you will be prompted to reset the password.

2. Enter your password and press Enter  to complete the reset. After the reset is complete, the password you just set will be displayed.

For our BaoTa Panel, the default account is cproot and the password is the initial password. If these are incorrect or you have forgotten the password, you can refer to the above tutorial to reset it.
