Hong Kong anti-DDoS data center cloud server binds a normal IP.

If misoperation causes the server network to become unreachable, please log in to the server via the console to operate. Reference: https://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=720

Our Hong Kong anti-DDoS data center has now added an ordinary IP. From now on, newly provisioned servers or servers with a reinstalled system will automatically be bound with it. However, previously provisioned servers are not bound, so you need to manually bind it on the network adapter. The operation steps are as follows:

1. First, go to the server management center to view the ordinary IP address.

2. Log in to the server remotely. If you do not know how to log in, please refer to the help documentation http://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=417  .

Windows system:

In Start -- Run, enter ncpa.cpl and press Enter to open the network connection adapter. If you cannot find Run, you can enter this command in the cmd command line and press Enter.

Find the NIC bound with a public IP (usually the NIC with the smaller number), and then click in sequence according to the screenshot:

In Advanced TCP/IP Settings, add the ordinary IP, set the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0, and after adding the IP, change the gateway to 103.139.0.1

Linux system

Manual operation method: SSH log in to the server. If you do not know how to log in, please refer to: http://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=417 (WDCP and BaoTa Panel can be added from the panel. Please check the corresponding instructions below)

Copy and execute the following commands in sequence(pay attention to the instructions):

cd /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/  (enter the network card directory)

cp ifcfg-eth0 ifcfg-eth0:0   (copy the network card)

sed -i '/^DEVICE/c\DEVICE=eth0:0' ifcfg-eth0:0   (change the network card device name)

sed -i 's/IP1/IP2/' ifcfg-eth0:0   (Note: IP1 is the current anti-DDoS IP, IP2 is the new ordinary IP. Replace them with the actual IPs in the command.)

sed -i '/^GATEWAY/c\GATEWAY=103.139.0.1' /etc/sysconfig/network  (modify the gateway; the gateway is 103.139.0.1)

service network restart  (restart the network card)

BaoTa Panel

BaoTa Panel has a Linux toolbox. Use this toolbox to configure the IP settings. Set the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0; after adding the IP, change the gateway to 103.139.0.1

WDCP3.2 Panel

Go to IP settings, add the IP address, and set the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0

In File Manager, go to the /etc/sysconfig/ directory, find and edit the network file, change the gateway to 103.139.0.1, save it, and then restart the server.
