How to handle a Mini Program experiencer having too many binding attempts?

In multiple Mini Programs, if the same WeChat account adds and binds testers too many times, the following error message will appear:
Solution:
1. In WeChat, follow 【公众平台安全助手】 as shown in the figure:
2. Click [Binding Query] - select [WeChat ID Binding] - [Mini Program] as shown in the figure:
3. Select the Mini Program that was previously bound, and click Unbind as shown in the figure:
