Cloud server renewal process

1. Click www.west.cn to log in to your account

2. Click Recharge Prepayment to make a recharge

3. Click Management Center - Business Management - Server Management - Renewal to enter the renewal page

4. Select the duration and submit the renewal

5. Complete the renewal, and check the expiration time to see if it has been updated correctly

Warm Tips

1. After a successful renewal, the corresponding months will be added to your hosting service period.

2. Renewal methods are: quarterly payment: 3 months; semi-annual payment: 6 months; annual payment: 12 months. It is recommended to renew for multiple years for a greater discount.

3. Hosting purchases have a 15% discount for the first month, so monthly renewal is more expensive than the first-month purchase price.

4. Value-added services: 西部数码 Basic Service is free, 西部数码 Bronze Service costs an additional 68 yuan/month, 西部数码 Silver Service costs an additional 98 yuan/month, and 西部数码 Gold Service costs an additional 188 yuan/month

5. If the one-time renewal duration is 12 months or more, you will receive 3 Gold Services worth 300 yuan.
