Virtual Hosting Renewal Process

1. Click www.west.cn to log in to your account

2. Click Recharge Prepayment to top up

3. Click Management Center - Business Management - Virtual Host Management - Renew to enter the renewal page

4. Select Number of Years, and submit Renewal(Key point: there is a limited-time bonus time offer when renewing for multiple years)

5. Complete the renewal, and check the expiration time to see whether it has been updated correctly

Friendly Reminder

1. If the page does not respond for a long time during the operation, please first go to the Management Center to verify whether the renewal has been successful. Do not immediately perform the renewal operation again;

2. Renewing a Virtual Host will not extend the expiration time of the complimentary mail service and domain name.
