Domain name renewal process

1. Click www.west.cn to log in to your account

2. Click Recharge Prepayment to recharge (If you are not sure how much the renewal amount is, you can first click Renew to check the renewal price, and then recharge)

3. Click Management Center - Business Management - Domain Management - Renewal to enter the renewal page

4. Select Years, submit Renewal

5. Complete the renewal, check the expiration time to see whether it is updated correctly

Warm Reminder

1.   For the normal use of your domain, West.cn reminds you to be sure to renew before expiration. If you do not renew within the renewal grace period (renewal grace periods vary by suffix), the domain will enter a premium redemption period. 2.   Email notifications are sent for all services 30, 15, and 3 days before expiration. SMS and WeChat notifications are sent for all services 5 days before expiration. See West.cn Business Renewal Notification Rules.

3.   If there is an automatic-use coupon suitable for the domain at renewal, the coupon will be automatically used during submission

4.   If domain renewal fails, please wait and try again. If it fails again, please Submit a Ticket so we can investigate the cause for you.
