Standards for Submission and Completion of Enhanced Real-Name Materials for Bad Domain Names

>Material Submission Standards:

1. For all Enhanced Real-Name, identity proof materials must be submitted, as follows:

a. If the domain registrant is a natural person, he/she must submit an ID card, or military officer certificate, passport or other identity proof materials, and submit a photo of the domain registrant holding the above identity proof materials;

b. If the domain registrant is an organization, it must submit an organization code certificate, or business license, and the legal representative's identity proof document (ID card, military officer certificate, passport or other), and submit a photo of the domain contact holding the above organization and legal representative identity proof.

The following materialschoose one of the three to completeand provide: a screenshot of the ICP/IP filing number showing that the domain has completed MIIT filing, the Letter of Commitment on Domain Used for Overseas Access Websites, and the Letter of Commitment on Domain Used for Non-Website Purposes

a. If it has already been filed domestically, please submit a screenshot of the filing number for this domain on the MIIT official website (as shown below)*Click to enter the MIIT query address

b. If filing has not been completed, and the domain is not intended to be used for website construction, please complete: 《Letter of Commitment for Non-Website Use》*Click to download

4. In the Letter of Commitment, Letter of Commitment for Non-Website Use, and Letter of Commitment for Overseas Access Website materials, if multiple domain names are filled in, the contact person IDs for these domain names must be the same

5. The Letter of Commitment, Letter of Commitment for Non-Website Use, and Letter of Commitment for Overseas Access Website must all be printed and signed/stamped, and then converted to image format

6. All submitted materials must be in .jpg format, and the file size must be greater than 50kb
