ThinkCMF system installation method under iis7 environment

Under IIS environment, some environment checks cannot pass

1. Upload the website program to the FTP root directory. Note that it is not under wwwroot; except for public, upload the files in the public directory to wwwroot

2. Create a new file in the wwwroot directory, name it web.config, copy the following code and save it

3. Modify always_populate_raw_post_data = -1 in the php.ini file (if it is off, it cannot pass the check)

4. Visit the domain name to install
