To better maintain the normal application environment for national domain names,CNNIC carries out, for “.CN”/“.中国” domain names, governance of malicious applications. Please, after receiving this notice,7 working days, submit materials to our company so that our staff can assist you in completing the enhanced real-name review. If it is not completed within the specified time, the normal use of the domain name and other domain names held by the registrant will be affected.

Requirements for enhanced real-name materials are as follows:

1)The Domain Name Use Commitment Letter (see attachment) with an official seal or personal signature;

2) Identity proof materials of the domain name registrant;

a.If the domain name registrant is a natural person, he/she must submit an ID card, or military officer's card, passport, or other identity proof materials, and submit a photo of the domain name registrant holding the above identity proof materials;

b.If the domain name registrant is an organization, it must submit an organization code certificate, or business license, as well as the identity proof document of the legal representative (ID card, military officer's card, passport, or other), and submit a photo of the domain name contact person holding the above organization and legal representative identity proof documents.

3) One of the following three: the domain name's ICP/IP filing number after completing 工信部 filing, the Commitment Letter on Domain Names Used for Overseas-Access Websites, or the Commitment Letter on Domain Names Used for Non-Website Purposes
