After purchasing a host, please be sure to log in to our filing platform http://beian.west.cn/    and submit true and accurate ICP filing information as prompted.

After the filing is successful, according to the provisions of the administrative measures: providers of non-commercial Internet information services shall, when their websites are launched, indicate their filing number in the center of the bottom of the homepage, and below the filing number, link to the website of the filing management system of the Ministry of Information Industry as required, for public inquiry and verification.

You may refer to the following code and place it directly below your homepage. Please replace "*ICP备********号" with your correct website filing number.

According to the requirements of the MIIT document "Notice on Adjusting the Rules for the Numbering of Non-Commercial Internet Information Service Filings" (MIIT Document No. 633 [2019]): A website is only allowed to report one domain name.

Public Security Filing:

If you have already submitted an ICP filing, or have successfully completed an ICP filing, according to the Ministry of Public Security's Measures for the Administration of Security Protection of Computer Information Networks and the International Connection, you must also complete a public security filing for your website.

Please log in to the National Internet Website Security Management Service Platform within 30 days after your website is launched to submit the public security filing. You may refer to the help document provided by our company (https://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=2560   ) to complete the filing.

After the public security filing is approved, you need to log in to the National Internet Website Security Management Service Platform within 30 days. In the details of your filed website, copy the website public security organ filing number and filing number HTML code, download the filing number icon, and edit your webpage source code to place the public security filing information at the bottom of the webpage.

Website Violation Information Handling Mechanism:

Before that, please read the relevant content of the National Public Security Organ Internet Website Security Management Service Platform FAQ and Policies and Regulations, clarify the responsibilities and obligations of website owners, and understand the definition and handling methods of violation (harmful) information.

According to the regulations of the internet supervision department, violation information appearing on a website must be deleted promptly. If violation information appears on a website running on West.cn's virtual hosting, cloud hosting, or dedicated server, our company will intercept the violation information page and immediately notify you to delete the violation information (notification methods include but are not limited to SMS, email, WeChat, QQ, telephone, etc.). If you fail to handle it promptly within the time required by our company, or if the website is reported by relevant departments, our company will intercept or shut down your entire website or server.

West.cn's handling measures for website information violations:

①. If your website has violation information 3 times or more consecutively within 24 hours, we will notify you by telephone and shut down the website, terminate the virtual hosting or server service, and no refund will be given.

②. If, after violation information appears on your website, the website responsible person cannot be contacted within 1 hour, we will suspend the website. This includes but is not limited to notifying you of the website suspension by email, SMS, or WeChat. If such situations occur 3 times consecutively, we will notify you by telephone and shut down the website, terminate the virtual hosting or server service, and no refund will be given.

③. If the personal details you fill in on our company's website contain false information (such as false name, telephone, email address, or ID information), according to the relevant provisions of the Cybersecurity Law, we will shut down the website, terminate the virtual hosting or server service, and no refund will be given.

④. If, after violation information appears on your website and you are notified, you are unwilling to cooperate in deleting it, we will shut down the website, terminate the virtual hosting or server service, and no refund will be given.

⑤. If your website contains violation (harmful) information placed by yourself, or the website content is reported and ordered closed by relevant departments, we will shut down the website, terminate the virtual hosting or server service, and no refund will be given.
