II. Hotel Reservation Management Backend

Log in to the haojian.cn user management backend on a computer. After adding the [Hotel Reservation] application, as shown in the figure above, we provide [Hotel Management], [Room Management], [Order Verification], [Homepage banner], [Order Management], [Review Management], [Price Management], and [Parameter Settings] functions to make it easier for mini program administrators and operators to manage hotel reservations.

1. Hotel Management:

Here you can add hotels and edit each hotel's information (e.g., name, contact number, address, business hours, hotel introduction, etc.)

Note: Newly added hotels are in a suspended business status by default. You need to click Manage here to set [Hotel Settings], [Hotel Lowest Price], [Hotel Rating], and [Business Status].

2. Room Management

Add hotel rooms here; edit the affiliated hotel, type, price, quantity, amenities, and detailed description, etc. You can modify/delete them.

3. Order Verification

Orders can be verified using the last 6 digits of the order number or the mobile phone number. After the merchant confirms, click the [Confirm Verification] button. You can also view verification records here.

4. Homepage banner

The advertising space for hotel reservations; upload banners of a fixed size. They rotate according to the sorting order, and each banner can link to a different page.

5. Order Management

Here you can view all orders, and search by entering an order number/phone number. Orders are divided into [All], [Unpaid], [Paid], [Used], [Refunding], etc., making it easier for managers to distinguish them. You can also verify orders here; click Details to view more order information.

6. Review Management

After a successful check-in, consumers' ratings and reviews of the hotel are all here. Managers can reply and delete. You can enable the comment moderation function: Hotel Reservation -- Parameter Settings -- Whether to Review Comments. After enabling comment moderation, you can also moderate them here.

7. Price Management

Flexible price management allows you to adjust the price of hotel rooms for a certain period.

(As shown in the figure above: a hotel's double room price is ￥199, and the price rises slightly during the National Day holiday. You can set: National Day Special Room (price name), with the price from October 1 to October 7 at ￥299; once the activity period ends, it automatically returns to the original price.)

8. Parameter Settings

You can set key parameters for the mini program. This includes [Whether to Support Membership] (mini program members can enjoy discounts), [Whether to Review Comments], [Whether to Enable Automatic Refunds], [Whether to Support Order Cancellation], [Whether to Enable Sharing], [Custom Cancellation Time] (free cancellation before a certain time on the check-in day; after that, cancellation is not allowed), [Maximum Number of Rooms Each Person Can Reserve Each Time], etc., making it easier for administrators to manage.
