Sometimes we need to share some contacts that are not internal to the company. In this case, you can add the contacts to the Public Address Book.

1. Log in to the Mail Management Panel and click "Mail Management".

2. In Mail Management, click "Public Address Book" -- "Add Contact", and you can add public contacts. If there are many contacts, you can add groups to manage them.

If there are too many contacts and you only consider adding groups later, how do you move contacts into a group?

1. We need to add "Raw Material Supplier 1" to the "Raw Material Supply" group, and click the edit icon.
