Skillful Use of Enterprise Cloud Disk to Collect Reports or Summaries

At work, we always encounter situations where we need to report work regularly and submit reports or summaries. In the past, the general process always required the reporter to send an Email to a certain mailbox and report by means of attachments, while the administrator also needed to collect them one by one and confirm one by one whether team members had already submitted reports. Now, in this situation, using our company's shared enterprise cloud drive combined with functions such as permissions, masking, and assignment collection can make this work extremely easy. The general process is as follows:

1. The administrator creates a directory in the enterprise cloud drive and sets permissions properly, allowing only users who need to submit reports to access it, such as the Technical Department:

2. Set the masking flag for this directory. In this way, when different members of the Technical Department enter this directory, they can only see the files they themselves uploaded, preventing information leakage between different users.

3. Send a group email to notify team members to upload reports.

4. Team members simply copy (upload) their own files to this directory in the enterprise cloud drive. It is recommended that the uploaded file name include the reporter's identifier (such as name or employee ID), so that reporters can be easily distinguished after downloading.

5. The directory creator can enter this directory and click the [Collect Assignments] function to perform one-click statistics on whether team members have already uploaded reports, as shown below:

6. All files under this directory can be downloaded to the local machine as a package with one click for review. Compared with the traditional process, it is more efficient and standardized.
