https://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=2396  Refer to Part II of this tutorial: Mini Program release.

Through authorization, a third-party WeChat Mini Program development platform can obtain the corresponding WeChat Mini Program-related permissions to help users build their own WeChat Mini Program.
Before authorization, if you have not yet applied for a Mini Program, please register a WeChat Mini Program first (if you already have a WeChat Official Account, you can also quickly create a WeChat Mini Program through the WeChat Official Account backend).

Scan the QR code with the administrator account of the WeChat Mini Program

Select the Mini Program to authorize. Remember that you must select a Mini Program. After selecting it, you can manage and publish the Mini Program. If there is no Mini Program, it means your account has not applied for a Mini Program yet. Please refer to: How to apply for a WeChat Mini Program?

If the scan indicates that another Mini Program has already been authorized, you need to go to WeChat Mini Program Official - Settings - Third-Party Authorization Management to stop the corresponding authorization. Please refer to the attached image. After canceling the authorization, re-authorize it.
